These are the terms of service for the Roman Services website. They are short on purpose. We handle individual engagements under separate written contracts; these terms cover the website itself.

Roman Services is operated by Jeremy Roman as Roman Services Inc, an Indiana corporation. The website at romanservices.net is informational and includes contact and booking forms.

What you can expect

The content here is current as of the dates on each page. We try to keep it accurate. We may update or remove content without notice. Nothing on the site is tax, legal, or accounting advice for a specific situation. Tax positions depend on the facts of your case.

Engagements

Booking a fit call or submitting the intake form does not create an engagement, a client relationship, or any obligation on either side. Engagements begin only when both parties sign a written agreement that names the work, the timeline, and the fee.

Acceptable use

Do not use the forms to send spam, malware, or harassment. Do not attempt to circumvent the rate limits. Do not scrape the site at industrial volume. We reserve the right to block any IP that abuses these provisions.

Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Roman Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or its content.

Governing law
