Privacy policy - Roman Services

May 4, 2026

This is the privacy policy for romanservices.net. It explains what data we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are

Roman Services is operated by Jeremy Roman as Roman Services Inc, an Indiana corporation. You can reach us at jeremy@romanservices.net.

What we collect

We collect the following categories of data, only when you give it to us:

  • Email addresses you submit via any newsletter or download forms. Stored with our email service provider and used to send the requested content and any list email you have opted into.
  • Intake form submissions (name, email, firm name, firm size, your written description of the situation, optional source). Emailed to Jeremy via our transactional email provider (Brevo) and optionally added to our email list.
  • Aggregate visit data through privacy-first visitor analytics. Page views, referrers, and approximate location only. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personally identifying details.
  • Error reports when something breaks on the site. Includes the page you were on and a stack trace, no form contents.

Who we share it with

  • Brevo (transactional email delivery and, when you opt in, email list management).
  • Cloudflare (DNS, content delivery, and security for the site itself).
  • TidyCal (booking calendar, only if you book a fit call).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks. The list providers above process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Email list data lives with our email service provider until you unsubscribe. Intake form contents live in our email archive indefinitely so we can recall context if you re-engage later. Analytics data is retained for 12 months and is then aggregated.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data, correct it, or send you a copy at any time. Email jeremy@romanservices.net. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The site does not set tracking cookies. The forms may use a single first-party cookie for spam protection (rate limiting). That is it.

Changes

If we update this policy in a way that materially changes how we handle your data, we will note it on the page and update the date below.
